I have been working as a physiotherapist in Calgary for the past 10 years. I graduated from the University of Western Ontario with my Master’s in Physical Therapy in 2015. Since then, I have been working in the private practice clinical setting, while also furthering my skills through additional post-education courses. I have completed my certifications to administer dry needling and I have achieved my Level III Diplomas of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy.

With a background as a competitive distance runner, I had spent a lot of time on the patient-end of physiotherapy, which gave me an unshakeable appreciation for this profession. Now as a physiotherapist myself, I am dedicated to empowering and guiding patients through their own journeys to reach their fitness and health goals. Whether you are an elite athlete or someone who does not come from an active background, I am a caring and experienced physiotherapist who can help you with injury rehabilitation and injury prevention.

These days, I run for fun and for health (and to be able to keep up to my young kids!). I also enjoy camping, hiking, travelling, and reading. I look forward to helping you get back to doing (and keep you doing) whatever it is that you love!
